As well as all the Kilner brand jars I have for sale which are all recycled, I have
sourced some new jars from Germany which are almost identical to Kilner Dual Purpose Jars, except that they are more oval
than square in section. The metal seals and screw
rings are fully interchangable. These jars are in .5, .75lit and 1.0lit capacity the approx. equivalent of 1, 2lb and 3lb Kilner Jars approximatly.
They come complete with new rings and sealing discs.
If you are new to preserving you might like to start with new jars, or if you are experienced you might like to try
these new jars. The metal screw bands seem more corrosion resistant than the Original Kilner rings.
0.5lit approximatly 1lb size These jars are sold in units of 4 at £8.80 per unit. They are heavy
and glass so they will be well packed in strong boxes. Postage and packing is £6.25 for the first unit and £2.75 for
each additional unit shipped in one box to one address. Probably cheaper than Wares!!
0.75lit approximatly 2lb size These jars are sold in units of 4 at £10.75 per unit. They are heavy
and glass so they will be well packed in strong boxes. Postage and packing is £6.25 for the first unit and £2.75 for
each additional unit shipped in one box to one address. Probably cheaper than Wares!!
1.0lit approximatly 3lb size These jars are sold individualy £3.00 each. They are heavy
and glass so they will be well packed in strong boxes. Postage and packing is £5.00 for the first jar and £0.80 for
each additional jar shipped in one box to one address.
If you wish to buy a mixture of jar sizes please contact me by e mail before using the buttons and I will arrange a discounted postage
for you. I can't make the technology do that operation.
Spare sealing discs
Discs should only be used once. Spare discs are sold in units of 12 at £7.00
per unit. Postage and packing is £1.50 for the first unit and £0.50 for each additional unit to the same address.

I pack everything carefully but I am not able to accept responsibility for damage caused to jars by the Post Office or other carrier
The PO will not pay compensation for damage to glass in transit.
